Why do my Canadian men lack size?

Dear Mountie,

Being Canadian perhaps you can shed some light upon why all Canadian men I’ve been with lack in size. I’m aware that being cold reduces size In that area, but is this the case permanently for yourself and your Countrymen?

There are more things than the relative temperature, as alluded to in your question, that are known to cause shrinkage in that particular area.

Your statement “why all Canadian men I’ve been with” leads me to believe that maybe it’s not the men being Canadian that is the common denominator in this case.

To elaborate on that point, the reason why men of other nationalities didn’t “lack in size” when in your presence might be that the Canadians mentioned are more discerning overall.
