How do I get the stain out?

I have a huge yellow stain on a white cotton shirt. Please tell me how to get this stain out.

Make a paste of baking soda and cold water, rub the paste on to the yellow stain and let it soak in for about 5 minutes.

Then leave the shirt out in the sun for 45 minutes with the paste still applied, rinse thoroughly and air dry. And tell your boyfriend to be more careful.
