Ask the Mountie

am I totally wrong to ask my fiance not to have a bachellor party?

Dear Mr Mountie
Am I totally wrong to ask my fiance not to have a bachellor party? I mean, I don’t want to be a “ball & chain”, but if I’m banned from the party, what do they have to hide? Am I completely wrong here?

Yes, I’m afraid you’re are.
Mistrust is not a good foundation to build a marriage on, and until you learn to trust your fiance’s intentions, you should consider postponing your wedding plans.

The reason you’re not allowed at the do is probably simply that your future husband wouldn’t be able to concentrate on the strippogram should you be looking over his shoulder.

Give the poor man some space.
